English Teachers’ Teaching Strategies to Promote Students’ Writing Skills in Online Learning Circumstances

This study aims to look into how EFL teachers use teaching strategies and they those help students improve their writing skills during online learning. A qualitatively guided phenomenological approach is used three from senior high school. The research includes interviews, questionnaires, document analysis. researcher then analyzed the data using techniques such as condensation, display, drawing conclusions or verification. findings show that a variety of in writing, demonstrating, motivating, providing feedback, evaluating students' tasks. Moreover, Google Meet give direct instruction about materials, collaborative by assigning tasks complete individually groups discussions. final strategy employ self-directed teaching, which assign one specific material independently an source. Using strategies, were helped skills.
